1. Overview

RealMatch ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered listing-to-buyer matching service for real estate professionals. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information: Your email address and encrypted password when you create an account.
  • CRM data: When you connect Follow Up Boss, we read contact activity (events, calls, notes) to extract buyer preferences. We store extracted preference criteria only — not personally identifiable contact information.
  • Usage data: Listing searches you run within the app.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To match property listings against buyer preferences in your CRM.
  • To sync and maintain your buyer criteria database.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the RealMatch service.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

RealMatch integrates with or uses the following third parties:

  • Follow Up Boss: CRM data is read via OAuth. We never write to your CRM without your action.
  • Anthropic (Claude): Contact notes are processed by Claude AI to extract buyer criteria. Data is sent over encrypted connections and not used to train Anthropic models under our API agreement.
  • Supabase: Your account and extracted criteria are stored in a Supabase-hosted database.
  • Cloudflare: Background sync jobs run on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure.

5. Data Security

CRM access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We apply the principle of least privilege — we only request the CRM permissions needed to read contact activity.

6. Data Retention

Your extracted buyer criteria are retained while your account is active. When you disconnect Follow Up Boss or delete your account, your CRM tokens and extracted data are permanently deleted.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getrealmatch.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the app.
