Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RealMatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealMatch is an AI-powered tool that connects to your Follow Up Boss CRM and matches property listings to buyer contacts based on their preferences. The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. CRM Integration

By connecting your Follow Up Boss account, you authorize RealMatch to read contact activity data for the purpose of generating buyer matches. You may revoke this access at any time from the Settings page. RealMatch will not write to or modify your CRM data without your explicit action.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an unauthorized manner.
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or contact individuals without their consent.
  • Share your account with multiple users or resell access to the Service.

6. AI-Generated Results

Match results are generated using AI and are provided for informational purposes only. RealMatch does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any match. You are solely responsible for verifying buyer criteria and making contact decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The RealMatch service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by RealMatch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your CRM data remains your property at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
